Privacy & Policies

The law protects the relationship between a client and a counselor and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.  Exceptions include:

• Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which we are required by law to report to the appropriate authorities immediately.
• If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person(s), we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
• If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in insuring their safety.  If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to us by law in order to ensure their safety.

Pricing

All treatment plans are customized to fit your needs. A provider will evaluate the treatment options with you during your initial appointment and you will determine the optimal treatment plan and duration together.

With a variety of ways to pay, there should be nothing standing between you and treatment. It is an investment that can last a lifetime.

We believe it is important for you to take an active role in your healthcare services and encourage you to investigate the payment options that work best for you.

Private pay clients may pay in full at the onset of services or, in the case of our Teen Recovery Program, make two payments over the course of the 12 week program. Payment arrangements must be made prior to the start of a Program.

Many employers offer flexible spending accounts to help offset healthcare expenses.  Flexible spending accounts may allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for certain healthcare costs.  Ask your employer or Human Resources Department about deducting pre-tax dollars from your paycheck to obtain savings for your treatment.

Some services may not be covered in your health plan but may be tax deductible. Please consult your accountant.
